Measure the size of the buffer you need.

Steps for the installation :

Jack up the car
Lift the car until the spring is fully expanded

Measure the spring gap
Using the measuring scale take proper measurement of the spring spacing

Cleaning the spring coil
Use soap water to clean the spring
thoroughly

Install the buffer
Initially slide the top side
of the buffer to the top most
groove of the spring coil and
push the bottom side inwards.

Center positioning
Slide the buffer such that
it is perfectly in the center
of the spring coil

jack down
Release the jack and make
sure that the buffer is locked
inside using cable tag
